Privacy

The short version: your models never leave your computer, we do not fingerprint your hardware, and there is no analytics on this website.

The application

  • Your files stay on your machine. There is no cloud processing step anywhere in the product — importing, converting, photogrammetry and splat training all run locally on your own GPU.
  • No hardware identifiers. We read no serial number, no MAC address and no disk id. A licensed machine is identified by a random installation id generated on first run, which you can delete.
  • Update checks. The app asks whether a newer release exists. That request carries the version you are running and nothing about you or your files.
  • Crash and bug reports are opt-in. You are asked once, plainly, and can change the answer at any time in Settings. A report contains a log tail and the file paths in it — you see exactly what would be sent before it is sent.
  • Licence validation. A licensed installation checks in occasionally so a revoked or expired licence eventually takes effect. It carries the licence key and the installation id. If it cannot reach us, nothing happens — the app keeps working.

This website

  • No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies. There is no third-party script on any page.
  • One piece of local storage, holding your light/dark preference. It never leaves your browser.
  • The contact form sends what you type, to answer you. It is not added to a mailing list.
  • Hosting. The site is served by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for a limited period.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold, object to its processing, and request a copy in a portable form. Write to company@omni-blick.com and we will answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in Austria, the Datenschutzbehörde.
